Book Study Rooms

We encourage students, faculty, staff and alumni to be active participants in the library space by submitting their ideas for library exhibitions and space interventions.

PROPOSALS
Successful exhibition submissions demonstrate a cohesive and curated theme and are an appropriate size for the available space. Students or faculty interested in planning an exhibition in the Library should read the before filling out the exhibition proposal form below. The library can verbally summarize the policy upon request.

Proposals can be submitted via the online form, verbally provided to a member of the Library team, or a paper form can be picked up at the Library Service Desk.

Medium and theme of work to be exhibited, approximate number of pieces to be installed, equipment needs (you are responsible for providing and securing equipment). How does the exhibition relate to the library space or collections?
Exhibitions can be up to one month in length
Use "Other location" option to propose a different location not listed below.
Materials and tools required for installing. Please read the exhibition policy for guidelines.
Accepted file types: jpeg, tiff, PDF, mp3, mp4

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The Library Exhibition Committee encourages submissions from all areas of study at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. The committee accepts proposals for solo and group exhibitions (form is at the bottom of this page). Students, staff, and faculty who wish to curate an exhibition of student work are also encouraged to apply.

Submission forms are accepted on an ongoing basis. Exhibitors are required to sign an exhibition agreement prior to installation.

  • Flat glass-top table
  • Exhibition walls (Mezzanine level)
  • Lower level walls
  • Other areas of the library are available on a case by case basis
