Once your course registration is confirmed, you will receive an email to the email address used to sign up for the course with your Â鶹ÊÓƵ student account username and temporary password.

You must change your temporary password in order to sign-in to other Â鶹ÊÓƵ student platforms and access your course information.

• Our student information portal: access your course schedule, update your emergency contact, download tax forms, and view grades.
• All course communications from instructors and staff will be to your Â鶹ÊÓƵ email address. Make sure to log in before your course and check it regularly.
• Â鶹ÊÓƵ's virtual learning platform has everything you need for your courses, including instructor contacts, Zoom links for online courses, and study materials.
• Microsoft M365: Provides additional tools for learning using your Â鶹ÊÓƵ email.

Your Â鶹ÊÓƵ OneCard is your student ID. You need it to enter campus areas, use printers, and borrow from the library. If you're studying online or already have a OneCard, skip this step.

Upload your photo by Monday to get your OneCard by Wednesday of the same week. Once a photo has been uploaded, you will not be able to upload a new photo, including for any reprints. There is no fee for reprinted cards, but don't reprint unnecessarily. For reprint OneCard request, please contact csonecard@ecuad.ca.

IMPORTANT: Reprinting your OneCard will deactivate your current card when the new one prints.

Add Printing Funds to Your OneCard
with your Â鶹ÊÓƵ email and password. From this portal you can add funds with a Visa or MasterCard and track your running balance to print from any self-service printer on campus. Note: Currently, access to this portal is only available when you are on campus using Â鶹ÊÓƵAD_STUDENTS Wi-Fi.

The purpose of this form is to help instructors and program staff manage the classroom and best support all students with participation and engagement. Students do not need to have a doctor's note or formal diagnosis to complete this form. The information you submit is confidential and will be destroyed once your student's course/program has ended.

This form and the information you provide is optional. This form does not replace a formal request for learning accommodations. Formal requests for learning accommodations must be placed with Accessibility Services.

Note: The Student Material Guide only acts as a guideline of what items you can generally expect to see on your Course Material List; however, students should refer to their Course Syllabus for the exact list of materials needed.
