The Innovation Hub works to enhance user experience for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community.

Established in 2023, the Innovation Hub works to identify inconveniences that affect user experiences. Our goal is to work as a team to increase user satisfaction by identifying and eliminating unnecessary disruptions.
