Are you interested in a community-oriented and supportive opportunity to reflect, share and develop your teaching?

The TLC is running a pilot project this fall term to launch a 鈥渢eaching squares鈥 program; a teaching square is a respectful and appreciative format for colleagues to give and receive feedback on teaching through structured peer observation, reflection and dialogue. We are seeking 3-4 faculty to participate in the fall term, with an expected time commitment of about 10 hours during the fall term to learn about the teaching squares approach, reflect and goal set, observe each other's teaching, and share reflections. By the end of the teaching squares process, participants can expect to gain new insights about teaching approaches and philosophies through reflecting, observing and sharing ideas with peers.

Please email Ki Wight with questions about this program, and to express your interest in joining the teaching squares pilot.
